Ivar led the tree tapping this year. This is always such an exciting day...a sure sign that SPRING IS ON ITS WAY!! (With a probable couple snowstorms in the meantime...) Also, look at that pretty, curly bark. 😍
I wear these babies every few weeks. They do two things: 1) quiet all the noise and 2) alert the children: mom’s had enough. She has her chainsaw earmuffs on.
Our book (the one about trades, not goats giving birth) got reviewed in Countryside & Small Stock Journal! It's is one of Rory's all time favorite homesteading magazines. It will be in the April/May issue. Actually, we'll have some goats giving birth next month so maybe we should get that other book. 🤔🐐
