Could be worse

Raindrops on window

This month has almost been one for the record books. April was the second wettest on record for this part of Minnesota. It has been raining, sometimes torrential downpours, for the whole week. We literally haven’t seen the sun in six days. My early season crops like peas, lettuce, and potatoes have not gone in the ground yet because I can’t plant until I till, and I can’t till until it dries out.

Oh well. Could be worse. At least its not snowing.

Rain turning into snow

Okay, its snowing. But it could be worse. At least it’s not accumulating.

Snow accumulating on the ground

I give up!
